Membership Costs (Correct as at June 2007) The annual membership fee paid by all members of the club, is made up of a Club membership fee, and a BSAC membership fee. The Club Membership fee goes towards the running of the club through the purchase and maintenance of equipment, to the hiring of the pool once a week. The BSAC membership fee is paid directly to BSAC and this helps to run the BSAC Organisation. For this fee full members receive 3rd party insurance and the monthly magazine DIVE. The total cost of membership varies depending on your circumstances:
Snorkel Membership - Cost on Application ONLY Training Costs Once you have decided to take up Scuba Diving, and wish to be trained through our club with a BSAC qualified instructor, you must join the club by paying the relevant membership fee. It is advisable however, to buy your own Mask, Fins and Snorkel as soon as possible. The club owns a selection of equipment which is available to hire for use in the pool and also for open water dives.
